Job Description

Hays Human Resources is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing strategic HR plans that drive business outcomes
  2. Partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR services and achieve business goals
  3. Leading employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives
  4. Coaching and advising senior leaders on HR matters and providing guidance on HR best practices
  5. Driving organizational design, change, and transformation initiatives to improve business performance
  6. Cultivating a positive company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion
  7. Managing strategic projects such as performance management and succession planning

Requirements

  • Chartered Member of CIPD (preferable)
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Significant experience in HR business partnering within complex organizations
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic HR and OD initiatives
  • Experience in change, transformation, and restructuring in large-scale organizations

Salary and Benefits

  • PAYE rate: £34-41 per hour
  • Umbrella rate: £39-49 per hour
  • Minimum 3 days on-site work in Bournemouth
