About Us:

G4S Facilities Management is a leading provider of facilities management services, with a strong commitment to social value and community engagement. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR and Social Value to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep HR expertise to lead our people management and social value proposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with external stakeholders, proposing innovative HR solutions, and ensuring all HR aspects of bid submissions are legally compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose innovative HR solutions for inclusion in bid proposals
  • Ensure all HR aspects of bid submission are legally compliant
  • Work with subject matter experts in HR and across the business
  • Own the people and social value risk management plan
  • Lead the people management elements of transition and mobilisation of the contract

Requirements:

We are looking for an HR professional with strong stakeholder management experience and evidence of networking and building relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR knowledge, experience of delivery of change in complex and demanding environments, and strong project management skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
