HR Business Development Manager

HAIL Partners is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our global business unit across a multinational client group.
This is a 12-month fixed-term basis position, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR strategy and talent development.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Support newly appointed directors with coaching, leadership alignment, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent model that meets business needs.
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders, identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive organizational performance.
- Facilitate engagement activities, including monthly calls with people leaders and strategic reporting for leadership alignment and decision-making.
- Leverage shared services COE for recruitment, employee relations, compensation reviews, and other HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive monthly HR reporting and analytics, paying attention to detail on workforce data and providing actionable insights for informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives across procurement sourcing, private labels, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a multinational organization, with a focus on strategic partnership and talent development.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance, and driving leadership development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to deliver meaningful monthly HR reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment, developing relationships across geographies and cultures.
Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
