Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store performance and ensuring that our high standards are maintained across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit stores to monitor efficiency, productivity, and operational compliance, providing guidance and support to Store Managers as needed.
- Mentor and develop Store Managers in recruiting, training, and team development, while driving store performance improvement.
- Empower teams to achieve KPIs and maintain our high standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, creating an environment where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve exceptional results.
- Ability to analyze complex reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Drive to learn and stay up-to-date with the ever-changing aspects of our business.
- Excellent communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes.
- A full UK Driving License.
