Job Summary

As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, driving efficiency and productivity, and developing the skills of our store managers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly visit stores to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and support store managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams, while improving store performance and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Empower teams to achieve their KPIs and maintain high standards, creating an environment where they can do their best work.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational compliance, efficiency, and productivity, while maintaining our high standards and leadership principles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to understand complex reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive results.
  • Drive to learn and stay up-to-date with the ever-changing aspects of our business.
  • Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes.
  • Full UK driving license.
