About the Role

As a Conference and Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our conference and banqueting floors, ensuring that every event is a success and every guest leaves with a lasting impression. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all conference and banqueting floor operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimize sales and contain costs, identifying areas for action and implementing solutions
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships with all hotel areas, external customers, and suppliers
  • Ensure staffing levels cover business demand and provide training and development opportunities for team members

Requirements

To be successful as a Conference and Banqueting Floor Manager at Hilton London Metropole, you will need:

  • Record of success in conference and beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty
