We are seeking an experienced and skilled Floor Manager to lead our busy 1st Floor team and drive strong operational execution across the department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Resolving escalated customer requests and ensuring world-class customer service
  • Driving operational excellence and implementing sound planning, organisation, and time management principles
  • Coaching the team on product knowledge and procedures, and encouraging personal development
  • Liaising with various departments, including Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Floor Manager will manage a busy team of sales assistants throughout the year, with a significant increase in workload during the peak Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the 1st Floor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive operational excellence and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar fast-paced and customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury market
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various departments
