Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a tight-knit team to deliver world-class customer service
  • Drive operational excellence across the department, ensuring seamless execution
  • Apply sound planning, organization, and time management principles to achieve goals
  • Coach team members on product knowledge and procedures, promoting personal development
  • Liaise with various departments, including Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy team of sales assistants throughout the year, with increased demands during the peak Christmas period. Our ideal candidate will possess prior experience working in a similar fast-paced and customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury market.
