Menswear Floor Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Menswear Floor Manager to join our team at Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the menswear floor, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the menswear floor and team of sales associates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure the store is presented to a high standard and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Knowledge of menswear products and trends
