Menswear Floor Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Menswear Floor Manager to join our team at Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the menswear floor, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the menswear floor, including delegating tasks, creating daily floor rotas, and ensuring end-of-day cashing up.
  • Lead a team of 6 sales associates, focusing on delivering the ultimate customer experience and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the general manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure excellent store and personal presentation, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a menswear sales environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior sales consultant role.
  • Proven track record of success in selling to discerning local and international clientele.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Flexibility to work across all departments and adapt to changing business needs.
