About the Role

As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will work closely with the Management team to ensure the smooth operation of the store, from managing stock levels to maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with brand promotions and visual guidelines
  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work collaboratively with the Management team to achieve store goals and objectives
