We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our Marketing & Digital team at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in driving strategic decisions that enhance customer journeys.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in research methodologies and techniques, including survey writing and data analysis. You will design, execute, and manage research projects to gather insights on brand perception, consumer behaviour, and digital experiences. Your findings will inform strategies to optimise brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

Requirements
  • Passion for research and a genuine interest in understanding customer behaviour and preferences
  • Experience and knowledge of research methodologies and techniques, including survey writing and data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging reports for stakeholders of varying seniority levels
  • Confidence in speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders, articulating insights and recommendations effectively

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes hybrid working, colleague discounts, and annual pay reviews.
