Business Development Manager

As a Capture and Proposal Lead at Leidos, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to lead capture teams in winning complex services opportunities of greater than £20m in the UK public sector.
Our ideal candidate must have a strong track record of working as a capture manager/pursuit lead, with experience in developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships. They should also possess exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to work across organisational boundaries.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 33 days annual leave.
