About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in the completion of audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is provided promptly.
  • Produce clear and concise reports to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Support the team during periods of absence or holidays, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Assist with organizing events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Stay up to date with policies and new developments in the industry, sharing relevant information with the team.
  • Work towards individual targets and objectives, contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent administrative skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
