Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within our construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a high-volume email inbox, addressing all inquiries promptly.
  • Process repair orders using our online management system.
  • Handle incoming calls and assist clients with their queries.
  • Assign engineers to repair tasks based on their expertise and location.
  • Coordinate job assignments to specialized contractors as necessary.
  • Track and monitor projects until completion.
  • Perform various administrative duties to support project management.

Supervisor Role: We are also looking for a Senior Administrator to manage larger projects from the office. This position requires overseeing substantial works, including kitchen and bathroom programs, voids, disrepairs, and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing such tasks, including subcontractor coordination and material procurement.

Additional Responsibilities for Supervisor Role:

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and shared with clients.
  • Collaborate with on-site supervisors to ensure project success.
  • Manage schedules for subcontractors and tradespeople.

This position is office-based, requiring strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily.
