About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at Mackenzie Jones. As a key member of our FMCG team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop annual activation plans that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
  • Analyze the impact of the retail environment on shopper behavior and provide recommendations on how to optimize our marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our sales and category teams to identify commercial opportunities within retailers and develop bespoke solutions to drive shopper conversion.
  • Present activation ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including our clients and their customers.
  • Lead the activation process from brief development to project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
Requirements
  • A background in brand, shopper, or agency marketing, with a proven track record of using activation ideas across grocery retail.
  • Ability to turn insights into marketing opportunities at the point of purchase.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders to implement activation plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
