Job Summary:

Mackenzie Jones is seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our FMCG team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and growth for our clients.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shopper marketing, with experience in developing and executing activation plans across grocery retail. You will work closely with our sales team and category consultants to understand commercial opportunities within retailers and identify bespoke opportunities to drive shopper conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and growth for our clients
  • Work closely with sales team and category consultants to understand commercial opportunities within retailers
  • Identify and present bespoke retailer opportunities to drive shopper conversion
  • Collaborate with brand teams to bring overarching campaigns to life in a relevant and memorable way for shoppers across grocery
  • Lead the activation process from creating briefs for designers to delivering all projects, in store on time and on budget
  • Present activation ideas confidently to influence internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong background in shopper marketing, with experience in developing and executing activation plans across grocery retail
  • Ability to turn insights into marketing opportunities at the point of purchase
  • Creative, audacious problem solver who can inspire stakeholders to want to implement activation plans
  • Ability to build honest and genuine relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
