Business Development Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Pareto.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's outbound strategy and contribute to its growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, copywriting and graphic design skills, and a proactive approach to learning.
Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Content to oversee daily CRM operations, including marketing campaigns and social media management.
- Write engaging content for various channels, such as weekly emails, social media posts, blogs, and website copy.
- Design visual content using Canva, including banners, graphics, and blog images.
- Assist with event planning and logistical efforts.
Requirements:
- Degree-level education in an engineering or related discipline, or relevant technical experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
