Senior Marketing and Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Pareto, a leading SaaS enterprise offering security solutions to clients across various sectors.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's outbound strategy, contribute to its growth, and upskill across the full marketing mix.
The successful candidate will have excellent copywriting and graphic design skills, as well as a proactive approach to learning.
Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Content to manage daily CRM operations, including marketing campaigns and social media management.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Create engaging visual content using Canva.
- Support event planning and logistical efforts.
Requirements:
- Degree-level education in an engineering or related discipline, or relevant technical experience.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow.
