About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostics and healthcare solutions to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient referrals and ensure timely booking of appointments in line with national guidelines.
  • Support the Failsafe team in identifying and addressing errors in administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with Maternity Units to ensure pregnant patients are referred to the Diabetic Eye Screening Programme.
  • Audit patient status to ensure annual reviews are completed.
  • Review and respond to individual queries and data capture.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications and/or training/experience in Patient Care.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and/or patients, with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with audits and reporting, with a focus on patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Able to maintain and ensure observation of robust internal quality assurance measures.
  • Flexible in weekly working patterns and locations as required.
