Our goal is to support and encourage independence, reduce social isolation, and ensure the activity programme is person centred and conducive to overall recovery and rehabilitation.
About the Role
The Recovery Coordinator will work within a team to plan and embed a diverse programme of ongoing activities for our residents to promote their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
The primary focus of this role is on recovery – whether it be mental health or drugs and alcohol related.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Recovery Manager and working alongside other Coordinators and wider Management and support teams throughout our Units to ensure activity programmes are planned, resourced, and delivered as required.
- Activities may include workshops, creative arts, therapeutic intervention, social events and always the primary focus is on recovery.
