At Varang Recruitment, we are committed to providing high-quality care services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Care Delivery Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, identifying areas for support and developing personalized care plans.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with care staff to ensure their needs are met.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate care services with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Care Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion among care staff.

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 1 year of experience in a care position. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
