Care Delivery Specialist for Central London

We are seeking an experienced Care Delivery Specialist to join our team in central London. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our discerning customers across the area.

- A competitive salary of £30,000 + £300 per weekend for on-call duties

Your responsibilities will include:
- Rostering staff to ensure efficient delivery of care services
- Liaising with other professionals involved in the service user's care
- Supporting the On-Call service during out-of-hours periods

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
