Physiotherapist - Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham.
Key Responsibilities- Be an active member of the clinical team, providing a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents in each specialist rotational area.
- Build up and maintain key relationships with referring services across CLCH to facilitate appropriate referrals and an understanding of the role of the Physiotherapist and the multi-professional team.
- Supervise junior staff, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Physiotherapy students.
- Participate in Central London Community Healthcare Band 6 specialist rotations.
- Work in a variety of settings, including bedded rehab, clinics, clients' own homes, residential care homes, and community centres.
- Support self and service development through active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service.

Person Specification- Essential qualifications: Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and attendance at specialist short courses or equivalent CPD activities within the specialist areas of Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Older People Rehabilitation.
- Desirable qualifications: Postgraduate degree in a relevant area.
- Essential experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience post-registration as a Band 5 Physiotherapist and experience working in a wide range of specialist clinical areas.
- Desirable experience: Experience in Falls Prevention, Community Rehabilitation, respiratory care, and learning disabilities.
- Skills: Assessment and treatment of adults with complex multipathologies, knowledge and understanding of complex medical conditions, knowledge of the role of Allied Health Professionals, and interdisciplinary team working.
