Physiotherapist - Community Health Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our clinical team at Central London Community Health Trust. As a Physiotherapy Service Provider, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents of Brent.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an active member of the clinical team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless service.
- Assess and treat patients with complex multi-pathologies, including falls, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working with patients to achieve their goals and improve their functional physical health.
- Supervise junior staff, rehabilitation assistants, and physiotherapy students, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Work in a variety of settings, including clients' own homes, clinics, and community facilities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in physiotherapy and registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
- Relevant post-qualifying experience in acute care of the elderly, neurology, and community settings.
- Ability to assess patient conditions, establish treatment plans, and work effectively in a team.
- Experience of supervising juniors and students, and a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge.
