This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work as a Care Delivery Specialist, working across South London and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality person-centred care to clients in their homes.
About the Role:The Care Delivery Specialist will be responsible for coordinating care staff, resources, and logistics support to ensure the effective delivery of field and head office services. You will also be responsible for ensuring clients receive high standards of care delivered by carer safety within their caseload.
Key Requirements:- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £45,000 and receive excellent benefits.
