Sales Performance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Vistry North East Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales process in our Grantham development, taking ownership of all aspects of the marketing suite and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the housing market, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience.
