Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Lincoln Branch team. As a national recruitment provider, we support clients with exceptional service and deliver temporary employees to the industrial sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying candidate attraction, recruitment and selection methods, understanding local and national labour market within industry sector, managing performance against KPI's and identifying areas of improvement.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry practices.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good customer service, fluency in English, Microsoft Skills and ability to react to short notice demands and prioritise. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is also required.
This position offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience, sales bonus scheme, loyalty bonus scheme, additional holiday allowance and company sick pay.
