HOSPICE UK is seeking an exceptional Hospice Leadership Role candidate to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our future, driving growth, and improving patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning. You will be responsible for leading successful teams, managing budgets, and developing business plans to drive growth and success.

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a positive work-life balance.

You will be based in Middlesbrough, with some hybrid working options available. We are fully committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and any offer of employment will be subject to the appropriate checks.
