Hospice UK is seeking a Director of Quality and Clinical Services to join our team. As a leading provider of palliative care services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and clinical leadership, with experience of developing and implementing effective strategies to drive organisational change.

Our hospice provides a range of services, including hospice care for people in our onsite In-Patient Unit, Lymphoedema clinic, Wellbeing and Bereavement Support hubs, and in the community. We are proud of our 'Good' rating from the CQC and are ambitious to achieve better results at our next inspection.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of leading quality improvement initiatives

  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
