Quality Assurance Director Job Description

Russell Taylor Group Ltd is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Director to lead their QA/QC team in managing quality delivery to support major projects. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Quality Professional certification and experience in implementing bp Right 1st Time Programme.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Director to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Director, you will be responsible for managing the QA/QC team and ensuring quality delivery to support major projects. You will have a strong background in quality management and project lifecycle experience within Engineering, Procurement and Construction.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the QA/QC team in managing quality delivery to support major projects. This will include:

  • Managing the QA/QC team to ensure quality delivery to support major projects
  • Implementing bp Right 1st Time Programme to improve quality performance
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure quality delivery
  • Developing and implementing quality procedures and policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Chartered Quality Professional certification
  • Experience in implementing bp Right 1st Time Programme
  • Strong background in quality management and project lifecycle experience within Engineering, Procurement and Construction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
