Executive Director of Palliative Care

We are seeking an Executive Director of Palliative Care to lead the development of services that meet the needs of people with life-limiting illnesses and their carers. As a highly regarded organisation operating across South Tees and North Yorkshire, we are ambitious to achieve better results at our next CQC inspection. We provide hospice care for people in our onsite In-Patient Unit, Lymphoedema clinic, Wellbeing and Bereavement Support hubs, and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new initiatives that meet the needs of the community
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality palliative care services
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive organisational strategy
