">We are seeking a skilled Care Team Member to join our In-Patient Unit team. As a key member of the care team, you will work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
">About the Role:
">- Assist with daily tasks and activities that enhance patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.">
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide palliative nursing care to patients.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
">Working Arrangements:
">This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, with a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.
">Salary: £11.44 per hour
