We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Job:This is a full-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate our residents' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the development of care plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents. You will also need to be physically fit, as this role requires lifting and moving patients.
Requirements:- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
