We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner Specialist to join our team at a housing association in Kingston. As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operative Scheduling: Manage and organize operatives' schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Repair Planning: Plan and coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, assigning them to the appropriate operatives based on their skill sets and locations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Call Management: Oversee incoming calls on the system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in planning and scheduling within social housing contracts, either with a main contractor or Registered Social Landlord (RSL).
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with repairs and maintenance software.
  • Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.

Salary and Benefits:
