Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to utilise their skills and expertise in a temporary contract role. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive property inspections, compiling detailed reports, and managing repair and maintenance works.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within the public sector, with strong knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

You will be required to provide expert advice on building maintenance and repair issues, efficiently manage budgets and resources, and liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive property inspections to assess repair needs.
  2. Compile detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
  3. Manage and oversee repair and maintenance works to ensure high standards.
