Senior Governance Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to join our team as a Rural Governance and Compliance Professional. As a key member of our Finance Director's direct reports, you will play a critical role in providing advice and support to our Executive Team and Group's Boards and Committees.

About the Role
  • Lead a small team responsible for governance, regulatory compliance, data protection, insurance, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments within Hastoe to achieve shared goals.

You will be given both formal and informal training to ensure your success in this broad role.

Key Requirements
  • Understanding of company constitutions and group governance arrangements.
  • A working knowledge of data protection legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.

Earning Potential

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
