Arcus FM Limited. is seeking an experienced Cold Chain Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring supermarket refrigeration systems within your designated area are fully maintained and operating at optimal levels.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £48,791 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime payments. In addition, you can enjoy door-to-door pay, a 4% bonus, subject to targets, and a van and fuel card for business use.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on supermarket refrigeration systems to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.
  • Perform repairs and replacements as needed to ensure system efficiency and safety.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
