Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames, London. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in demand planning within the FMCG industry.

The role involves working closely with commercial, supply planning, customer service and marketing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels. You will be responsible for processing, analysing and tracking forecasts received from both sales teams and system-generated data.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing improved forecasting through S&OP processes, identifying slow-moving and obsolete finished goods risks, and maintaining forecast demand within Atlas planning systems.

In addition, you will build excellent working relationships with commercial, marketing and finance team members, and lead demand review meetings.

A strong understanding of S&OP processes and demand planning factors is essential, as well as attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
