Job Summary: We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centered care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements: To succeed as a Care Assistant, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and compassionate approach. Prior experience in care or a related field is highly desirable.

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
