Care Team Coordinator

About the Role:
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for driving a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional personal care to our residents. You will work closely with our nurse to aid with clinical duties, ensuring seamless care delivery. Your expertise in NVQ3 in care will be invaluable in supporting your team members. As a key member of our care team, you will play a pivotal role in running a unit, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality, personal care to residents
* Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records
* Manage shift handovers, ensuring a smooth transition of care
* Collaborate with the nurse to develop and implement effective care strategies
* Provide guidance and support to new staff members, promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork
