Key Responsibilities

  • Administering and recording medication according to established protocols.
  • Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take necessary precautions.
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and improve services.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and possess a natural ability to help others. A strong understanding of care planning processes and experience in administering medication are also desirable.
