We are now seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Care Advocate to join our care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care possible.

With a focus on delivering high-quality care, you will work closely with our care teams to ensure that each resident's needs are met. Your warm and empathetic approach will shine through as you build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £20,400 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team, prioritizing the needs of our residents at all times.
