Resident Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Resident Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized care plans, working closely with the nursing team to implement these plans, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Salary Information:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide high-quality care and support
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
