About the Role
As a Relief Care and Support Assistant with McCarthy Stone, you will provide high-quality support to residents in our retirement communities. This is a flexible role with shifts available year-round, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care and daily tasks
* Organise activities and outings for residents
* Book appointments and manage resident schedules

What We Offer
* Competitive pay: £12.39 per hour (up to £13.69 on weekends and evenings)
* 28 days annual leave (pro-rata)

Requirements
* Warm and friendly personality
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
* Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification beneficial but not essential
