About the Role

We are seeking an organised and motivated Admin Officer to support our busy admin team in Liverpool. The role involves preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings, creating and updating records, data input, communicating with the Judiciary and other court staff, and handling face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries from court users. Training will be provided on internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents and files for court proceedings
  • Updating records and maintaining accurate information
  • Communicating with court staff and users

Requirements:

  • Able to follow established processes and instructions
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is £11.88 per hour, and you will receive weekly pay, holiday and pension scheme benefits.
