About the Position

The successful candidate will have administrative experience in Conveyancing and Leasing, and will be required to open Conveyancing and Leasing files and prepare relevant correspondence and documentation including sales contracts, leasing agreements and disclosure documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening Commercial, Estate Planning and general files;
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents relating to corporate conveyancing transactions;
  • Performing general office duties such as filing and managing correspondence in good order;
  • Assisting Monthly billing and expenses;
  • General office Admin assistance to other support staff as needed.
