We are currently seeking a Sales Team Director to join our Leicester office, conveniently located near the train station.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales team towards exceptional performance and surpassing targets. You will lead, motivate, and coach a group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position
  • Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
  • Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
