">The Role
">This leadership position will oversee the Operational Resilience Program, focusing on change management governance, resiliency-based controls, procedures, standards, and associated technology tooling. This initiative aims to enhance Northern Trust's ability to identify and manage risk across the organization by equipping resilience stakeholders with new practices, guidance, and tools.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Change Management Governance protocols and Control Standards, covering roles and responsibilities, change trigger requirements, and reporting.">
- Establish and maintain 1LOD procedures for Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience plans.">
- Ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures.">
- Plan and manage support for the change management tool and processes.">
- Design and collaborate with technology teams to sustain the change management tech-enabled workflow/notification/reporting tool.">
- Supervise the daily activities of support team members, set priorities, and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.">
Requirements
">This role requires several years of experience in financial services, with substantial experience in change management/operational resiliency. The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO22301 and FCA/PRA/BoE publications.
