Network Management Resiliency Director

As a key member of the Network Management - Resiliency Team at J.P. Morgan, you will play a critical role in ensuring the resilience and recovery of our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency and Corporate & Investment Bank Tech Resiliency to coordinate Network Management support to their plans, projects, and processes.
  • Design and regularly update the Network Management Crisis Playbook, supporting the crisis management process and running lessons learned processes.
  • Lead Network Management’s support to the Corporate & Investment Bank Recovery and Resolution Team, coordinating responses to annual reviews of contingency plans and playbooks.
  • Understand and apply implications of Resiliency Regulations on Network Management processes globally.
  • Coordinate Network Management participation in internal and external resiliency and Recovery and Resolution exercises, reporting outcomes and updating resilience plans as needed.
  • Oversee the production and management of Service Level Agreements between Network Management and Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experienced professional with a proven background in Network Management.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Operational Resiliency and Third Party Oversight.
  • Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance, and third-party oversight.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with numerous business partners, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation coupled with strong analytical skills and internal process control skills.
  • Excellent communicator and summarizer of complex issues/solutions.
